1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
1.7 oz package of dry vegetable soup mix
10 oz frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
8 oz can of water chestnuts, drained and chipped
fresh vegetable to dip
In a large bowel, combine mayo, sour cream, and soup mix. Stir in spinach and water chestnuts. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Yields 3 cups of dip
