3 cups of white flour
1.5 cups warm water
1 packet dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
corn meal
Place flour, water, yeast, and salt in large container (to allow for doubling).
Mix ingredients with butter knife, just enough to combine
Place container in fridge with loose cover (not air tight)
After 8 hours (up to 1 week), take container out of fridge
Sprinkle corn meal on baking tray
With floured hands, tear out a portion of the dough
turn dough while folding under
Place dough on baking tray
Let raise 40 minutes
After 20 of the 40 minutes, place metal tray with water in oven. Turn oven on to 450F
Just before placing bread in oven, score 3 marks in loaf top
Place dough in oven, bake until light golden brown crust
