1.5 teaspoons fish sauce
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1.5 teaspoons sugar
1-2 tablespoons of rice wine
In a bowl, combine all
1/2 onion, chopped
1 Chinese eggplant, chopped
2 hand-fulls of bean sprouts, rinsed
green onions, chopped
basil , chopped
beef
chicken
Fill a pot water and place it on the stove so that you are ready to make the noodles. Turn on the heat for the water.
In a separate pot, saute the onions in oil.
Saute the ground beef and chicken with the onions
Add vegetables and garlic powder and ground pepper and dried chilis to taste, saute
Add green onions and basil, saute
Mix in sauce when near done cooking (prior to adding the noodles)
Boil the noodles. Drain the noodles.
Mix everything together
