2 c sweet potatoes cooked, or steamed Butternut squash [2 cups is little more than half a squash]
1/3 c melted butter
3 eggs
5/8 c evaporated milk
3/4 c sugar
1/4 t salt
Mix all in blender and pour in casserole dish.
Bake at 300F for 1 1/2 hours.
