1 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 package of yeast
1 cup warm water
1/4 cup melted butter
6 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
warm milk in small pan until bubbling, then remove from heat
mix in sugar, stir
let cool until lukewarm
in a separate bowl, combine yeast and warm water
let stand 10 minutes
in a large bowl, combine milk and yeast mixture
Add butter, 3 cups of flour. Mix
Add salt, remaining flour
Knead, cover, let rise.
Punch down dough
roll out 1/2" thick
cut into rounds
sprinkle corn meal on wax paper
place rounds on wax paper
Let rise for 30 minutes
Grease griddle. Cook each side 10 minutes in oil
