in a large fry pan, saute
1 cup oil
1 tablespn cumin seeds
1 red onions diced
4 cardamom pods
1 tablespn crumbled cinomin stick
10 cloves
1 lb peas and carrots
salt to taste
1/2 tablespn fenugreek leaves
1/2 cup raisons
wash 7 cups of Basmati rice (rinse in water, mix, drain)
3 or 4 iterations of {
2 cups of rice, 4 cups water
add 1/4 of the above mixture
microwave 20 minutes
