The first thing you'll want to do is Start, Run, cmd.exe, then right click the window menu and choose properties. Be sure to enable the following quality of life improvements:

To generate a beep, open a CMD prompt and CD to a folder in your path. Then type:
edit bell.bat
@echo<space><CTRL+P><CTRL+G><ENTER>
<ALT+S> (Saves bell.bat)
<ALT+X> (Exits edit)

giving the screensaver name in a CMD windows opens the GUI configuration. Running the same filenames from Start > Run activates the screensaver
