Dorthy Spencer’s Cranberry Relish
Order matters: orange chunks on bottom, then apple pieces, then cranberry.
4 cups cranberries (12 oz bag)
1 apple, cored but un-peeled. Diced into 1/2" cubes
1 orange, both flesh, rind, juice. Chop off ends, mince remaining into 1/2" cubes
2 cups sugar
Grind all ingredients in blender. Order matters: orange chunks on bottom, then apple pieces, then cranberry. Let stand overnight and serve cold.
Optional: 1 cup crushed pineapple.
