diced onions
diced garlic cloves
1/2 pepper, diced
1/2 cup cilantro, diced
1/4 cup green onion
15 oz can of black (or red) beans
cooked rice
Saute fat, onions, cloves and pepper lightly. Add remaining ingrediants and cook until fat is melted.
Beans and rice should glisten with moisture - they shouldn't dry out.
