In a large pot boil 30 potatoes for 20 minutes. Drain water. Peel. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Curry:
1 cup oil
2 tomatoes, diced
5 red onions diced
4 tablespn ginger-garlic paste
1 green pepper, diced
--> Saute above ingredients in pan. Add the following
2 tablespn tarmaric
1 tablespn cumin powder
1 teaspn Cayenne pepper
4 cardamom pods
1 tablespn crumbled cinomin stick
1/2 tablespn fenugreek leaves
2 tablespns corriander powder
in a large pot, heat
2 cups oil
1 teaspn cumin seeds
In the large pot add the curry, 1/2 gallon water, 1/2 cup whipping cream
Add sugar to taste (1/4 cup)
