2 1/2 cup mashed strawberries (1 quart)
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
4 oz cream cheese
2 tablespoons milk
1 quart whole strawberries
9" pie crust, baked
cook mashed strawberries, sugar, and cornstarch until clear. Cool
Whip together cream cheese, milk
Place cream cheese and milk mixture in bottom of baked pie shell
Line this with whole strawberries (1 quart)
Pour cooled mixture over strawberries
Cool 2-3 hours in fridge
Garnish with whipped cream
