On a smooth clean surface, shape 3 tablespoons of flour into a cone.
Make an indentation in the center all the way down to the surface.
Place 1/8 teaspoon of yeast in the code of the volcano.
Add 1 teaspoon of water; mix into flour. Reshape cone.
Repeat this step for a total of 4 teaspoons of water.
Knead dough into a flat round shape. There should be no excess flour left.
Place dough on greased baking sheet.
Place sheet in warm damp location (i.e., oven containing an open container of water). Cycle oven heat to keep temperature about 100F, not higher than 130F.
Let rise for at least 1 hour.
After an hour, turn oven on to 350F.
Bake crust to less than golden.
Remove partially-based crust from oven.
Add toppings -- salsa, cheese, Onion, Mushrooms, Chicken, Sausage, Pepperoni, Basil, Cheese, Oregano, Green pepper
Broil for 10 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
