2 lbs chicken breast, cut into 1" cubes
12 garlic cloves minced
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
6 teaspoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, or 4 1/2 teaspoons fresh oregano
9 Tablespoons lemon juice
Combine all except chicken, then add chicken. Marinate in fridge for 30 minutes (or 4 hours), turning once.
Skewer marinated chicken with vegetables (1" onions, 1" peppers).
Grill until done.
