About 22 dinner rolls; frozen. Thaw and rise, 2-3 hours
Spinach mixture:
2 c. spinach, chopped
2 tablespoons Parsley
1/2 cup (green) onions, chopped
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/2 tspn salt
1/4 tspn pepper
1/4 tspn allspice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
Stir all ingredients for spinach mixture in bowl. Flatten rolls into circles. Put a spoonful of spinach mixture in center of flattened roll. Fold circle on three sides to create a triangle. Pinch folded sides together so pastry will not break apart in oven. Bake at 415 F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
